Simple, Upfront Pricing
- Single prepared document: $99 ACC service fee per eligible instrument
- Managed batch: $499 for up to 10 eligible instruments
- Larger or recurring orders: custom quote
County recording fees, transfer charges, taxes, and other approved outside costs are extra. Platform costs are included in ACC's service fee. Pricing is based on eligible instruments after review, not the number of attachments or ZIP files. ACC confirms your total before you pay.

- Real estate investors closing on or transferring properties

Documents We Submit

- Assignments, releases, and satisfactions: prepared documents linked to an earlier recording (have the original recording reference ready)
- Other prepared instruments: describe your document so ACC can check whether the service fits
ACC checks the documents and county requirements during review.
How It Works
- Tell us what you need. Send the property details and attach your prepared documents through the filing request form.
- Review your quote. ACC reviews the request and files, confirms anything missing, and provides a quote.
- Approve and pay. Review the exact documents and total using the link ACC sends, then approve the package and pay the invoice. ACC verifies authorization and funding before filing.
- Receive the recorded files. ACC submits the approved package electronically. Once the county records and returns it, ACC provides the recorded documents.
What's Included, and What Isn't
Included: administrative completeness review, electronic submission handling, status tracking, and the recorded copy when the county returns it. Batches also include a document list, progress tracking, and a consolidated completion report.
Not included: document drafting, legal or tax advice, title research, notarization, or choosing the right legal instrument. You or your preparer remain responsible for the document's legal content, signatures, and notarization. If a document needs legal preparation, ACC will identify that need before accepting the filing package.
Timing
Recording time depends on your documents and county processing. ACC can discuss available timing during review. Sending a request does not confirm county acceptance or recording, and a submission receipt does not mean a document has been recorded. ACC reports the actual result and provides the recording reference after acceptance.
If the County Rejects a Document
ACC explains the reported rejection and identifies the next step. If a rejection is caused solely by ACC's submission or data-entry error, ACC corrects and resubmits without another service charge. If the document needs correction, your preparer supplies it. See the full filing service terms.
