Discuss your needs

Platform costs are included in ACC’s service fee. County recording fees, transfer charges, taxes, and other approved outside costs are additional. Pricing is based on eligible instruments after review, not the number of attachments or ZIP files. Preparation, legal advice, title research, and unusual or expanded work are outside these packages. Read the filing service terms.

How it works

Four steps, with ACC guiding the process.

  1. Tell us what you need

Send the property details and attach your prepared documents in the form. If you need help, explain it in your request.

  2. Review your quote

ACC reviews the request and files, confirms anything missing, and provides a quote.

  3. Approve and pay

Review the exact documents and total using the link ACC sends. Approve the package and pay the invoice. ACC verifies authorization and funding before filing.

  4. Receive the recorded files

ACC submits the approved package after its checks. Once the county records and returns it, ACC provides the recorded documents.

Before you begin

Questions before you start?

Open a question for more detail, or contact ACC if you need help.

How will I know the cost?

ACC’s service fee is $99 for one eligible prepared instrument or $499 for a managed batch of up to 10 eligible instruments. Larger or recurring orders receive a custom quote. Platform costs are included; county fees and other approved outside costs are additional. ACC confirms your total and any authorized fee limit before payment and filing.

What has to be confirmed before filing?

ACC confirms the accepted service scope, exact files and versions, approved quote, maximum authorized external fees, your authorization, and funding before submitting to the county.

Does this include preparing my documents?

The packages cover administrative handling and submission of prepared documents. Legal drafting, advice, and title research are not included. Tell ACC if preparation is needed so the appropriate next step can be confirmed before a filing package is accepted.

How soon will the county record my documents?

Timing depends on your documents and county processing. ACC can discuss available timing during review. Sending a request does not confirm county acceptance or recording.

How do I approve, pay, or send a correction?

For your quote or invoice, open the link ACC sent to your email. To request a correction, use Update existing order. Changed files need a new review before submission, even when their names stay the same.

Filing service terms

Version ACC-FILING-2026-10-24-01

These terms apply to ACC Solutions LLC's prepared-document filing services. Your accepted order identifies the documents, service fee, outside-fee limit, and any agreed exceptions. These filing terms control over general website terms for this service. A later website change does not change an order you already accepted.

What the service includes

ACC provides administrative review, electronic submission handling, status tracking, and delivery of available recording results for eligible, already-prepared documents. The standard fee includes one initial submission per approved instrument and our standard platform submission cost. Document drafting, legal or tax advice, title examination, notarization, and choosing the right legal instrument are outside this service. County acceptance and recording time are determined by the county.

Your documents and authority

You confirm that you are authorized to request the filing and provide complete, accurate documents and instructions. You or your preparer remain responsible for the document's legal content, signatures, notarization, supporting forms, and intended legal effect. ACC's administrative review does not establish legal validity. Keep your original documents. A ZIP folder may contain several instruments; the approved document list controls the count and submission order.

Review, approval, and payment

Sending a request is free and does not authorize submission. Before filing, ACC confirms eligibility and provides the document list, versions, service fee, and estimated outside fees for approval. We submit only after approval of that package and confirmation of the required payment. Accepting a quote is not proof of payment. Replacing or changing an approved document requires renewed review and approval.

Outside fees and additional work

County recording and transfer fees and any other approved outside charges are separate from ACC's service fee. The approved order states the outside-fee limit. ACC will request additional approval before exceeding that limit or performing separately charged work. Unused outside-fee advances are returned after reconciliation. The final fee statement shows the service charge and actual outside fees separately.

Timing and county decisions

Any agreed ACC processing time begins once the package is complete, approved, and funded. County review, closures, rejection issues, and requests for additional information can affect completion. A submission receipt does not mean the document has been recorded. ACC reports the actual result and provides the recording reference and available recorded copy after acceptance. Any time-sensitive requirement must be confirmed with ACC before you rely on it.

Corrections and rejections

ACC will explain a reported rejection and identify the next action. If a rejection is caused solely by ACC's submission or data-entry error, ACC will correct and resubmit without another service charge and cover the extra submission charges caused by that error. If a document or customer instruction needs correction, your preparer must supply the correction. Any additional paid handling or outside charges are quoted for approval before resubmission.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel before an instrument is submitted to receive its unearned service fee and unused outside-fee advance. For a partly submitted batch, the service-fee refund is proportional to the number of approved instruments not yet submitted. Approved outside charges already incurred are returned only if recoverable from the recipient. Once an instrument has been submitted, its service fee covers the submission work even if the county rejects it; the correction policy above applies. If ACC cannot complete an order because of its own error, ACC refunds the affected service fee. A cancellation does not undo a recorded document.

Delivery and information use

ACC uses order information to review and perform the service, collect fees, communicate updates, and deliver results. Necessary information and documents are shared with the recording platform, county, and authorized service providers involved in the order. Recorded documents may become public records. Download your final copies and retain your originals; online delivery is not a long-term document-storage service. Contact support@accmgmtsolutions.com for order assistance, cancellation, or a delivery-access issue.
