About you

Choose PDFs or ZIPs, up to 150 attachments. Keep each file under 50MB and each document’s pages together in one PDF. ACC counts the actual instruments inside your files when preparing the quote.

After a successful submission, you’ll see “Request received.” If it does not appear, email support@accmgmtsolutions.com with your name, the property address, and the approximate time of your request so ACC can check receipt.

ACC reviews the documents and quote with you before filing with the county.

How should I prepare my files?

Attach up to 150 files directly in the form. Choose PDFs or ZIPs, and keep each file or ZIP under 50MB. Keep all pages and exhibits together in one complete PDF for each document.

To send a folder, save it as a ZIP before uploading. Split larger batches into separate ZIPs, each under 50MB. Give each file a clear name using the property address, document title, and date or version. Keep the document names inside ZIPs clear, too.

If you attach the files here, you can skip the optional fields for files shared separately.

For files already shared separately, complete the optional file-name and transfer fields so ACC can locate them. Use only the document-transfer instructions ACC gives you for your order.

What details should I have ready?

Your name, phone number, and email
Document type, property details, and any existing recording references
Clearly named files, including any dates or versions
The complete files to attach, or details about the help you need

You do not need an order number to start. ACC assigns your Order ID after a successful submission and includes it in your receipt email.

What happens before filing?

ACC confirms the service scope, exact files and versions, approved quote, maximum authorized external fees, your authorization, and funding before submitting to the county.

These packages cover prepared documents. Legal preparation, advice, and title research are not included. Read the filing service terms before approving a quote.

Already have an ACC order?

For your quote or invoice, use the link ACC sent to your email. For a correction or an authorization ACC specifically requests, use Update existing order with the Order ID from your receipt.
